Introduction

Naang, the intricate leather puppets used in traditional Khmer shadow theatre, is the Monsoon Bassac Hotel’s exclusive restaurant located on the ground floor of the hotel.

Classically French cooking techniques are enhanced by blending exotic Khmer flavors to create one of a kind dishes, drinks, and desserts. Open for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and everything in between, Naang at Monsoon offers an elevated dining experience in a chic yet comfortable setting.

Naang features both indoor and outdoor seating as well as a cozy mezzanine perfect for relaxing with a coffee or reserved for business lunches and dinners.
